Orders placed with Standard shipping will typically be delivered in 5 business days from order date. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be scheduled for processing on Monday morning at 10am.

Please note your estimated delivery date at checkout depending on shipping method selected.

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. SINDISO KHUMALO reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival targets outlined on our website www.sindisokhumalo.com.

In-Store Collection

You can collect your orders placed on our online website from our flagship store in Cape Town at no cost. Please allow our team to contact you via telephone or email to schedule a collection date at your convenience.

We take careful consideration for supply chain processes and procedures to reduce the environmental impact of our garment shipments to customers. This results in longer shipment times and reduced stock levels in our efforts to minimize waste and harmful environmental practices.

International Shipments

All international shipments shall be estimated by our shipment agent during checkout. International orders are shipped from warehouses in South Africa. You will be charged Import VAT and Handling Fees during checkout based on your specific country import regulations.
