We want you to be entirely satisfied with your SINDISO KHUMALO purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 20 days of order shipment date. For all returns, we will provide you with a prepaid local South African shipping label for free of charge.

Customers may return item(s) within 20 days of the order shipment date.

Select limited-edition styles are eligible for return within 20 business days of the shipping date.
Please allow up to 20 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY SOUTH AFRICA

If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color only. Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping locally in South Africa. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.

Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online via our website www.sindisokhumalo.com.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

International orders will be charged an international return handling fee specified by our shipment agent to our warehouse located in South Africa.

The customer will be responsible for carefully packaging the return or exchange order of the garment(s). Garments must arrive undamaged at our warehouse to be eligible for returns and exchanges.  

 

EXCLUSIONS

• Special order garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Worn garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Washed garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Garments missing the original tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Altered or damaged garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
